Mumbai: Actress Freida Pinto responded to Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan. Recently, Hrithik applauded the actress for her stellar performance in the film “Desert Dancer”.
Now, the “Slumdog Millionaire” star responded to his appreciation and said, “Gosh why would I ignore him? We’ve had a lovely email exchange. I did miss his call because I was travelling but it’s very kind and humble of him to make sure his congratulatory note reached me. In fact, it was some his fans and followers who are my friends who urged me to read his tweet. I’m very thankful to him especially since dance and respect for this art form is an inherent part of who he is. He has inspired me to continue pursuing expression through movement in my career.”
After watching the film, Hrithik took to Twitter and tweeted, “Has anyone out there seen ‘DesertDancer’? Pure passion ignited. Most incredible film I have seen.suchamazing actors.Bravo to d entire team.”
He also complained that Freida is not taking his calls. Hrithik further tweeted, “N how amazing is Frieda Pinto. Nver seen anyone dance like that. Wanted 2 wish her but she doesn’t pick up my phone! Maybe she’l get this.;)”
