Islamabad: One of the beautiful ladies of Bollywood, Nargis Fakhri is the latest sensation in Pakistani. A leading Pakistani Urdu newspaper Jang published an advertisement featuring Nargis Fakhri on the front page and this sparked a controversy in the country. The advertisement created a storm on the social media platforms. Several people have condemned it by calling the ad “absurd”.
The ad stars Nargis Fakhri lying down in a red dress with a phone in her. Many journalists took to their micro-blogging site Twitter handles poured their views.
Ansar Abbasi, an investigative journalist of Pakistan was the first one to condemn the advertisement. On his official Twitter handle, he wrote, “My strong protest to top jang group management for this absurd front page ad in today’s jang.”
