The south Indian power star, Pawan Kalyan is recently in the news for many things. One among them is for his beard. His unusually long and dense beard is gaining a lot of attention from the media and public for the past couple of months. Many rumors are flying around on the topic. Some said it is for his protest against government of Andhra Pradesh, while some others opined it as new habitual look. But the issue was clarified when an inside source revealed the real reason.
Going into the details, Pawan Kalyan -starrer and much delayed Telugu flick “Gabbar Singh 2” will finally go on floors on Friday. According to sources, the actor-turned-politician will be seen sporting long hair and thick beard for some crucial scenes in the film.
“For a few important scenes in the film, Pawan had grown his beard and hair. The team will first shoot these scenes and once it’s completed, he will get rid of the look. He will also be sporting a clean-shaven look for the rest of the film,” said a source from the film’s unit.
All the rumors that Kalyan had grown his hair and beard for a project with A.R Murugados were rubbed off by the source said: “He’s not doing any other film as of now. He won’t sign any other project until he completes ‘Gabbar Singh 2’.” The first of “Gabbar Singh 2” will be shot near a place in Pune, where art director Anand Sai has erected a village set. The film will be directed by K.S. Ravindra, Anisha Ambrose will share the screen with power star as the female lead.
