Mumbai: Television actress Pratyusha Banerjee committed suicide on April 1, 2016 and her boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh is accused of abetment of her suicide. Now, if reports are to be believed, he threatened to jump off the building.
According to reports, On Friday, Rahul locked himself up in hospital’s washroom after returning from the police station of Bangur Nagar. When a doctor tried to convince him to open the door, he threatened to jump off the hospital building. Minutes later, he unlocked the door when doctors talked to him.
Later, he was discharged from the hospital on Saturday evening after a psychiatric evaluation. It is heard that the doctors suggested to continue taking medication and go for counselling.
