Mumbai:”Hope actress Deepika Padukone’s luck works in my favour for Tamasha”, says actor Ranbir Kapoor. The “Bombay Velvet” star Ranbir hopes his ex-flame Deepika brings good luck for him with their upcoming film “Tamasha”.
While unveiling the trailer of the film, Ranbir said, “It is not fair to label anyone as lucky charm. Deepika has worked very hard to be here (in the top). She is a dedicated person. I do hope her luck works on me and not mine on her.”
“It depends on ‘Tamasha’. If the film becomes successful then everyone would be happy to see our pairing”, he added.
The actor said, “I have seen her growth as an actress. There is so much to learn from her. It is not only heart-warming but inspiring and encouraging to work with her.”
“Ranbir said, “There is less pressure as we have talented people like Deepika and Imtiaz on board for ‘Tamasha’. Imtiaz always brings the best in me and so is the case with Deepika. I have less pressure when I am working with them.”
At present, Ranbir Kapoor is facing tough time in the industry with duds at box office. While his former girlfriend Deepika is delivering back-to-back hits in the Bollywood.
The amazing chemistry of the most loved couple, Deepika and Ranbir, worked in their earlier films and their magic is expected to work in their forthcoming film “Tamasha”. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the film is a much-hyped rom com. The movie is scheduled to hit screens on November 27, 2015.
