Mumbai: Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who made a strong and impressive comeback with “Jazbaa”, is ready with her next project “Sarbjit“. The makers unveiled an all new still of the actress from the movie, which is doing rounds in all social media platforms. Earlier, the makers revealed the de-glam looks of Aishwarya and now, the actress is seen in a beautiful avatar in the new photograph.
Aishwarya nailed the look of the character in a traditional red dress. Directed by Omung Kumar, she will be seen playing the role of Sarbjit Singh’s sister, Dalbir Kaur. The movie is all about the Indian prisoner Sarbjit Singh, who died in a Pakistani jail nearly a week after a brutal assault by other inmates.
The film also stars Randeep Hooda and Richa Chadda in major roles. The biographical drama is slated to release on 20 May 2016.
