Mumbai: Actor Shashi Kapoor is all set to receive the Lifetime Achievement award at the Jagran Film Festival in Mumbai.
Strategic Consultant of Jagran Film Festival, Manoj Srivastava, in a statement said, “We are proud and happy that the Lifetime Achievement Award this year is to be presented to Shashi Kapoor ji, who has enriched the cinematic medium through his vast and wide range of contribution as an actor and producer and has patronized good cinema.” He also added, “kindly consented to receive the award.”
The veteran actor made his presence in films – Kabhi Kabhie, Satyam Shivam Sundaram, Trishul, Kalyug, Vijeta and others. He received many accolades and awards for his vast contribution to the Indian Cinema.
