Chennai: The real-life daughter and father are all set to play reel life roles in a new Tamil film. For the first time, Shruti Haasan and her father Kamal Haasan have been roped in to play father-daughter duo in the upcoming movie, which is yet-to-be-titled. The project will be directed by Malayalam filmmaker T.K Rajeev Kumar.
It is heard that Kamal is very much interested in the forthcoming drama and he is working on the script. The cast and crew of the movie will be finalized soon. An official announcement regarding Shruti Haasan’s role is also expected soon. It is also learnt that the actor is busy selecting the locations and the picture will be shot in the United States. If all goes well, the regular shooting will begin soon.
