Mumbai: ‘Dabangg’ girl Sonakshi Sinha successfully completed five years in Bollywood. Sonakshi’s debut movie “Dabangg” celebrates its fifth anniversary today. The actress credited her success to Bollywood super star Salman Khan for giving her a break in the film industry. Salman Khan roped in Sonakshi opposite him in “Dabangg”. She even thanked his brother Arbaaz Khan.
On her micro-blogging site Twitter, Sonakshi wrote, “0 sept – 5 yrs since Dabangg… Which means 5 years of Sonakshi! I am because of u, thank u for sharing this amazing journey with me.”
After tasting success with her debut film, the ‘doe-eyed’ star never looked back and worked with many super stars and also bagged appreciation for her varied performances.
She sizzled in films “Rowdy Rathore”, “Dabangg 2”, “Lootera”, “Boss”, “R…Rajkumar”, “Son of Sardar”, “Action Jackson”, “Lingaa”, “Tevar” and others. At present, the ‘busy bee’ is on a roll and is working in films “Akira” and “Force 2”.
