Previously the trade analysts predicted the movie to register overall fist day collections of 20 crore, but exceeding their expectations the movie grossed 30.14 crore world wide on the first day.
The movie is now all time second highest grosser, next to Baahubali. The previous ‘Non-Baahubalian’ records in the name of Attarenti Daaredi were shattered by Mahesh Babu’s latest. The movie’s collections are now expected to rise up over the weekend. With no other film release in the near vicinity, the movie is set to create new ‘non- Baahubalian’ record of Tollywood.
