Mumbai: The long-awaited film “Mastizaade”, starring actress Sunny Leone in major role, finally cleared censor formalities and bagged the certificate. Actor Riteish Deshmukh, who will be seen in cameo appearance, confirmed the news.
Riteish took to Twitter and wrote, “Censor Certificate for Mastizaade congrats @PritishNandy @zmilap @RangitaNandy @SunnyLeone @thevirdas & @TusshKapoor.”
The regular shooting of the “Mastizaade”, directed by Milap Zaveri, was completed in December but the Censor Board hold the picture due to its bold content. The adult comedy drama was expected to release in May but is scheduled to hit screens soon.
Adult star-turned-Bollywood actress Sunny Leone also took to Twitter to share the news. She wrote, “Everyone who said to us it would not happen!! Well to all those, faith and determination and inner masti Zaade took over @MastizaadeFilm. So beyond excited @MastizaadeFilm is ready to be released to the world!!”
