Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput bagged a lead role in the forthcoming flick “Half Girlfriend“. The movie is an adaptation of Chetan Bhagat‘s recent book titled “Half Girlfriend”. The filmmaker Mohit Suri and producer Ekta Kapoor joined hands together for the upcoming film. However, there is no official confirmation in regard with the lead role.
According to the buzz, the makers of the movie approached Sushant for the role and he gave his nod. It is heard that the actor is already familiar with the Bihari accent and he would be a perfect choice for the role in the picture.
At present, Sushant Singh is busy with his eagerly-awaited forthcoming flick “MS Dhoni The Untold Story”, which is a biopic of Indian cricketer MS Dhoni. The regular shooting is underway in Ranchi and is progressing well. However, if all goes well, audience would love to watch Sushant as ‘Madhav Jha’ in “Half Girlfriend”.
