Hyderabad: Tollywood actor Ram Charan is prepping up for his next film, which is an official remake of Tamil blockbuster “Thani Oruvan”. The makers have tentatively titled the forthcoming drama as “Rakshak”. However, there is no official confirmation in this regard.
At present, the team is gearing up to begin the shoot of the mind racing thriller as early as possible. The members of the movie are busy finalising the script and decided to name the film as “Rakshak”. But still an official announcement is yet to be made.
Filmmaker Surender Reddy, who rose to fame with Allu Arjun’s “Race Gurram”, is set to direct the remake. The regular shooting is expected to start soon as soon as the pre-production works end. The makers are also yet to finalise the actress in a romantic lead role opposite Ram Charan in the movie.
