Mumbai: Sonam Kapoor starrer Neerja – a biopic on the Neerja Bhanot, who lost her life while saving lives of many passengers emerged as a super hit at the box office. The film received thunderous response from the audience especially for the phenomenal character of Sonam Kapoor. The biographical drama managed to impress the audience and the critics as well.
Now, the brothers of the Neerja Bhanot showered praises on the makers and the team of the film. They said, “The Bhanot family would like to extend our gratitude to Ram Madhvani, Atul Kasbekar and the entire team. They had promised us that they wold keep the dignity of Neerja alive. And that is exactly what they have done.”
Directed by Ram Madhvani, the film is all about the young flight attendant Neerja Bhanot, who saved hundreds of lives from the terrorists, who had hijacked the flight Pan Am.
