6.0 magnitude earthquake jolts Japan

Japan: An earthquake measuring 6.0 on the Richter scale hit south west Japan today morning.
The earth quake hit at a depth of 10 km before the midday local time and was felt throughout Wakayama prefecture. According to the US Geological Survey, the epicenter of the quake is located 56km South East of Shingu.
