While neither has directly responded to the rumors, the Bachchan family has made efforts to dispel them by appearing together at several public events. Despite this, speculation continues to surface.
Recently, Aishwarya Rai added fuel to the discussion by attending Paris Fashion Week with her daughter Aaradhya, while notably wearing her wedding ring. Before participating in the event, she posed for photographers, with Bollywood media emphasizing that the ring was the same one given to her by Abhishek during their marriage. This gesture has been seen as a subtle yet significant move to quash the divorce rumors once again.
Last year, Amitabh Bachchan’s cryptic post on X (formerly Twitter) stating, “It’s all over,” stirred speculations about his son and daughter-in-law’s marital status. Additionally, reports emerged that Amitabh had unfollowed Aishwarya on social media, further fueling rumors. However, a video of the family attending the annual function at Ambani International School in Mumbai soon after sought to calm the rumors. Still, the speculation seems to persist within Bollywood circles.
