Amaravati: Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu extended his congratulations to the new appointees in the second round of nominated positions, announced on Sunday. After a rigorous review of 30,000 applications, the selection process prioritized individuals committed to public service and party values, Naidu stated.
In a press release, Naidu emphasized that these roles offer an opportunity to advance the welfare agenda of the TDP-led NDA government. “This is political governance in action, where appointees are expected to actively contribute to the party’s mission of serving the people,” he said.
The selection process factored in dedication, discipline, and resilience, including efforts by those who faced challenges under the previous administration. Naidu acknowledged the party’s commitment to rewarding hard-working supporters, stating, “The TDP takes pride in elevating grassroots activists to state-level posts.”
Naidu highlighted the party’s successful candidate selection system, which utilizes public opinion via IVRS, resulting in a resounding 93% approval for the NDA in recent elections. He assured other deserving members that further opportunities would be available in the future.
Encouraging humility and dedication, Naidu advised appointees to uphold the principle of “simple government and effective governance,” aiming to positively represent the government without arrogance.
