Hyderabad: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has asserted that Telangana and Hyderabad are witnessing unprecedented growth, positioning themselves as India’s fastest-developing regions. Speaking at the inauguration of HCL Tech’s new campus in Madhapur, he emphasized that foreign investments have surged within just one year of his government’s tenure, making the state number one in job creation.
Revanth Reddy reaffirmed his vision to make Telangana a $1 trillion GDP state, stating that earlier skeptics now recognize its feasibility after securing ₹41,000 crore and ₹1.78 lakh crore in investment agreements during two visits to Davos. He highlighted Telangana’s transformation into a hub for data centers, green energy, life sciences, skills development, manufacturing, and agri-processing, saying, “Hyderabad’s rise is unstoppable.”
The CM also referenced the state’s success in hosting the global BioAsia Conference and the launch of Amen, a leading life sciences company. Applauding HCL Tech’s contribution, he noted that since its 2007 entry into Hyderabad, the company has significantly expanded, employing 2.2 lakh people across 60 countries and leading in digital, engineering, cloud, and AI innovations.
