Abids, Hyderabad: A man from Hyderabad killed his wife with an iron rod for excessive chatting in Whatsapp. The incident took place near Mangalhat police station in Hyderabad.
According to the details revealed by inspector Srinivas, the husband grew suspicious over the time with his wife’s frequent calls and late night texts which finally lead him to commit the unspeakable crime of murder.
Going into the details,Rajesh Sharma is a resident of Seetharampet working as salesman in the nearby areas. He was married to a woman named Saritha (34) 14 years ago. They have two children. Observing his wife’s strange addiction to Whatsapp, he warned her to stay away from the social networking completely.
On Wednesday he took a day off from his work only to notice that his wife is talking to someone else on the phone. He demanded her to give his the mobile to which she refused. Rajesh, angered by the refusal smashed his wife’s skull with an Iron Rod. Later he went to the police station and surrendered himself. The dead body is now transferred to Osmania hospital for postmortem.
