Kiran bearing 13 years lost his life after being beaten by his 11 classmates. Students of 7th standard banged Kiran’s head to the bench later to the tree which was close by. Kiran lost his life at Sopan Hospital in Nashik where he was operated upon. He died on June 30.
Kiran’s mother Rohini says: “The 11 boys always picked a fight with Kiran. He had complained to me about their behavior four times earlier and had also told the teachers of the school, but no action was taken.
The Sarkarwada police registered a case of accidental death. The boys have been booked under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code on a complaint lodged by Kiran’s mother on Tuesday.
