Today was the much awaited auction for the Indian Premier League 2018. All the heads of the eight teams gathered together for a bidding war. The auction will be held in two phases, the second phase will be conducted tomorrow.

K. L. Rahul was also bought by Kings XI Punjab for Rs. 11 crores.
Murali Vijay was unsold and will be back in auction ring tomorrow.
David Miller was retained by Kings XI Punjab via Right to Match at Rs. 3 crores.
Aaron Finch was sold to Kings XI Punjab at Rs. 6.2 crores.
