Hyderabad: Bharata Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President KTR launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister Revanth Reddy over his frequent visits to Delhi, accusing him of achieving nothing substantial for Telangana. In a post on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter), KTR mocked the CM, stating, “CM Revanth Reddy’s visits to Delhi did not bring a single rupee to the state. It seems like a silver jubilee celebration of circling around Delhi’s elders.”
KTR’s criticism extended to the CM’s handling of local issues, particularly the Musi River project and the alleged harsh treatment of the poor. “In the name of Musi and Hydra, they are beating the poor. They have made 420 promises, but nothing has materialized,” he claimed, highlighting the unmet promises of festivals, pensions, and welfare schemes. KTR also pointed out the absence of sarees for women and the lack of pensions for the elderly.
In a sarcastic closing, KTR urged the CM to stop these unproductive visits, saying, “Don’t go away again.”
