The general elections are like a lifeline for political parties across India, from national parties to regional parties, every leader is on their toes and campaigned extensively to win the Lok Sabha elections.
The two major national parties contesting the Lok Sabha elections to form the next Government of India (GoI) are the Indian National Congress (INC) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP.)
To strengthen their appeal, the INC launched a new plan, the Nyay scheme, to attract voters, especially the poor people living in rural areas.
Rahul Gandhi, the President of the INC, appealed to the voters to vote for ‘Nyay’ (justice,) which is represented by the INC.
When you vote today, remember that you vote for Nyay.
Nyay for our unemployed youth; for our struggling farmers; for the small traders whose businesses were destroyed by Demonetisation; for those who were persecuted because of their caste or religion. #VoteNyayVoteCongress pic.twitter.com/VvEZPPX5b8

The scheme was basically launched to decrease poverty in India.
The scheme also promises employment and loans to farmers for agriculture.
On the other hand, the BJP is fighting to strengthen the democracy and urged the populace to vote for a free and democratic country.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi asked the citizens to vote for his Party and help the Party form the Government of India once again.
Dear Citizens of India,
Phase 2 of the Lok Sabha polls start today. I am sure all those whose seats are polling today will strengthen our democracy by exercising their franchise.
I hope more youngsters head to the polling booths and vote!
