Srinagar: A terrorist from Pakistan was caught alive on Thursday in Kashmir. The terrorist was captured alive by the army and police after an encounter in Baramullah district in northern Kashmir. The accused was identified as 22-year-old Sajjad Ahmed and belongs to Muzaffar Gar Baloch on Pakistan.
He entered India with three others through the Uri town in Baramulla. The group managed to escape when they were intercepted in Uri. The terrorists were again seen at a place around 18 kilometers from the Line of Control.
The Pakistani was a part of group of five. His other four companions were killed by the security forces in the firing. The officials are questioning the terrorist at an unknown place and expected to be brought to Srinagar soon.
Earlier, the officials captured a terrorist called Mohammad Naved and a month after the capture of the terrorist, officials arrested Sajjad Ahmed and he is the second terrorist to be caught alive.
