Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire yet again along the Line of Control at Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir. The firing and mortar shelling began at 8:15 A.M., that resulted in injuring one civilian woman.

The Indian army is retaliating with just as much fury to stop any more civilian injuries.

As the gunfight proceeds in Poonch, a minor explosion occurred in Pantha Chowk in Srinagar. The bomb was placed inside a garbage dump near a bus stop. The Army and police have been deployed to investigate the cause of the blast.

Pakistan has been continuously violating ceasefire across the international border. Thousands of civilians have evacuated from villages along the LoC to avoid being caught in the middle of the crossfire.

Just this month, one BSF soldier and one civilian woman lost their lives in the firing from the Pakistani troops.
