Hyderabad: The investigation into the Janwada farmhouse case has accelerated, with Mokila police under Narsingi ACP Ramanagoud conducting a seven-hour interrogation of Raj Pakala. During the session, authorities took Pakala to the Janwada farmhouse, where they conducted a detailed search and questioned him about past parties held at the property, as well as recent reports of Vijay Madduri testing positive for drugs. The interrogation was based on Madduri’s statement, following which Mokila police issued a notice under Section 35(3).
ACP Ramanagoud confirmed the case remains open, adding that further questioning of Pakala may occur if deemed necessary.
Speaking to the media after the session, Raj Pakala expressed his cooperation with the police, emphasizing the gathering was a private family event. “I’ve answered all their questions and assisted in the investigation. If someone tested positive, it doesn’t implicate me. This was a family party, and the issue is being exaggerated,” he said, describing the impact on his family amid ongoing inquiries.
