Kabul: An explosion rocked central Kabul in the early hours of Tuesday and a thick plume of black smoke could be seen rising from the vicinity of the sprawling US embassy in the Afghan capital.
According to the reports at least 2o were killed and many injured. Unverified images shared on social media appeared to show a thick plume of black smoke rising over the city.
The US embassy said they were not affected by the blast. The NATO military coalition also said they were unaffected.
