Tirumala: All employees of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) should recognize the divine presence of Sri Venkateswara Swamy in every pilgrim and provide services with the utmost dedication, said TTD Additional Executive Officer (EO) Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdhary. He emphasized this during the Brahmotsavam Orientation Program held at the Asthana Mandapam in Tirumala on Tuesday.
Addressing the employees from the Temple and Reception wings, the Additional EO highlighted the global importance of Tirumala as a renowned Hindu shrine visited by millions annually. He noted that employees interact with pilgrims from diverse regions, languages, and cultures, requiring patience and excellent service.
He encouraged employees to enhance their communication skills, maintain calm body language, and stay informed about various TTD activities to assist pilgrims effectively. These efforts, he said, would significantly improve TTD’s reputation in the eyes of the devotees.
With the annual Brahmotsavams approaching, the Additional EO urged employees to prepare thoroughly and collaborate as a team for the successful execution of the event. Feedback from employees was also gathered to improve services further.
DyEOs Sri Lokanatham, Sri Bhaskar, Sri Harindranath, Smt Asha Jyothi, and Chief PRO Dr T Ravi were among the attendees.
