Hyderabad: Union Minister Bandi Sanjay has launched a sharp critique of both the Congress and BJP parties, accusing them of failing to recognize the contributions of their workers and highlighting ongoing political tensions.
Speaking at a BJP workshop in Nagolo, Sanjay accused the Congress and BJP of being effectively indistinguishable in their approach, asserting that both parties target his party, the BJP, while engaging in political maneuvering. He also took aim at the Congress’s handling of public debates, particularly those concerning loan waivers, and alleged that the state government fears MIM President Asaduddin Owaisi.
Sanjay responded to Congress accusations that MLC Kavitha’s bail was influenced by BJP interventions, emphasizing that court decisions are independent and not swayed by individual or governmental instructions. He defended BJP’s record, highlighting the party’s role in elevating OBC leaders and its efforts to cancel Article 370, asserting that these actions reflect the party’s commitment to its goals.
He urged BJP activists to stay committed and work towards becoming representatives of the people, despite criticisms and accusations from opposing parties.
