Hyderabad: Telangana government respects the builders as income generators rather than as simple contractors, said deputy chief minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka. He said that the government will not herrase the builders and in fact create more opportunities by introducing hassle-free permission and plan approval portals.
He attended as chief guest at the 31st annual convention of Builders Association of India (BAI) and said that Telugu contractors are playing a key role in the building construction industry.
Bhatti said that income generation is very important for the state to continue the welfare schemes and do good to their people. We assure that no builders will be troubled. Many of the builders are facing problems with delay in payment of the bills and we will ensure that bills get cleared in stipulated time, Bhatti said.
Bhatti said that the government will create a healthy ecosystem for the investors and builders.
