Nepalese legislators acquired the bill on Wednesday at Kathmandu amid violent protest that left 40 people dead.

Authorities have imposed curfew in several areas of Himalayan nation to have a check violence.
Yesterday one person was killed and several others were injured when the security forces tried to disperse protesters, who had defined the curfew imposed by the authorities.

The protests, which have been going on for weeks, were severe in southern part of the country where certain ethnic minorities were opposing the proposed boundaries of the new provinces.
