
Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu, unveiled ambitious plans to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into daily life across the state. Speaking at a review meeting on RTGS, Naidu emphasized that the state’s primary goal is for every household to have an AI professional, thus enhancing its utility on a mass scale.
The Chief Minister expressed confidence that AI could be a game-changer, offering tremendous potential to improve services across all sectors of governance. He highlighted that by leveraging AI, the state could enhance its performance, streamline processes, and extend better services to the public. Naidu urged government officials to closely monitor the implementation of schemes in real time to identify any gaps and work on solutions to address them.
Naidu also revealed that the state had entered into an agreement with Google, which will provide guidance on how AI can be effectively applied across departments through RTGS data interlinking. Furthermore, the Chief Minister announced the launch of WhatsApp governance, allowing citizens to access birth and death certificates via WhatsApp.
RTGS CEO K Dinesh Kumar informed the meeting that the data interlinking project is progressing rapidly, with profiles being created for every village and citizens’ Aadhar registration details being collected.
