Rajampet: Former Chief Minister and TDP leader Nara Chandrababu Naidu issued a stark warning to the citizens of Andhra Pradesh, cautioning them against the potential re-election of Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, whom he accused of planning to plunder the properties of the populace if returned to power.
Speaking at a massive gathering in Rajampet, Annamayya District, during the Praja Galam rally, Chandrababu Naidu was accompanied by Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan and former Chief Minister and Lok Sabha candidate Kiran Kumar Reddy. Chandrababu labeled State Cabinet Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy as “Papala Peddireddy,” holding him accountable for the damage inflicted on the Annamayya project.
Expressing confidence in defeating Jagan in the elections, Chandrababu urged the public to oust him from power. He pledged support to the family of Pala Subba Rao, a handloom worker who tragically took his own life due to alleged illegal occupation of his agricultural land by local YSRCP leaders.
Chandrababu promised to cover the educational expenses of Subba Rao’s daughter and provide her with employment opportunities. He assured the crowd of sanctioning a medical college and completing the Galeru-Nagari project to supply Krishna water to Rajampet once the NDA government, in alliance with TDP, is formed. Additionally, Chandrababu pledged to rebuild the washed-away Annamayya project and debunked YSRCP’s propaganda regarding TDP’s alliance with the BJP, highlighting TDP’s welfare schemes for the Muslim community during its tenure.
