Tekkali: The Tekkali town and the wider political community are in mourning following the passing of Kalavathamma (90), the mother of TDP State President Kinjarapu Atchannaidu. Kalavathamma breathed her last on Sunday at her residence in Nimmada, Kotabommali mandal of Srikakulam district after battling illness due to old age.
Survived by four sons and three daughters, Kalavathamma had faced her share of tragedy, with her eldest son Erannaidu succumbing to a road accident 12 years ago, followed by the passing of her husband Dalinaidu 15 years ago. Despite these losses, her family continued to contribute to society, with her second son Harivaraprasad Kotabommali serving as the president of PACS and her third son Prabhakar currently serving as a DSP.
Atchannaidu, the state president of TDP, received condolences from TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu, National General Secretary Nara Lokesh, and others. The community joins in mourning the loss of Kalavathamma and extends heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family during this difficult time.
