Hyderabad: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has issued directives regarding the distribution of family digital cards, emphasizing the importance of obtaining consent from family members before taking photographs during the process. During a review meeting on Monday, the CM highlighted the need for officials to confirm the identity of families as recorded in government documents.
To ensure the successful implementation of this initiative, the Chief Minister has mandated field-level inspections as part of a pilot project scheduled from October 3 to 7. “Field-level observations should be conducted in 119 constituencies and 238 areas across the state,” he stated. The inspections will focus on adding new family members to the digital cards and removing those who have passed away.
Additionally, CM Revanth Reddy instructed officials to prepare a comprehensive report detailing the findings from the pilot project. He stressed the need for accuracy when making changes to family member details to ensure the integrity of the digital card system.
