Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao had made an announcement on Thursday, that the government will be spending Rs.26 crores on celebrating of the holy month Ramadan.
He also said that the money will be spent for the dinner (Iftar) which will be arranged at Nizam College grounds on July 8th, clothes will be distributed to the poor families.
Ambassadors from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran and Indonesia will be invited for the dinner and few other VIP’s and general public will be joining. Over 4000 people are expected to visit the venue.
The allocated money will be distributed for the clothes upto worth 500, dinner for mosque and their development. Deputy Inspector General of Police A.K. Khan will be supervising this celebration along with his team.
