Hyderabad: On Monday, a man, Rupesh Kumar Agarwal was arrested for allegedly burning the body parts of his Congolese wife, Cynthia. The couple, who were married eight years ago, had a fight on Sunday over few issues and according to reports, he also suspected his wife was having an illicit affair with a man, whom she met on Facebook.
When his seven-year-old daughter was sleeping, he strangled Cynthia. And as usual, he his daughter to school on Monday morning. He chopped up his wife’s body into pieces with the help of an axe and two knives and then packed them in a bag and suitcase.
In the night, he took his daughter for a drive along with the bag and suitcase. Agarwal drove to an isolated site and then set the body parts on fire, while his daughter was waiting the car.
As smoke erupted from the bushes, the nearby villagers noticed and informed the police. The police arrested the culprit as the wheels of his car got stuck in mud and he couldn’t escape. The police stated that the child doesn’t known about the matter as she is with Agarwal’s parents.
