These days, the e-commerce websites in India are leaving no stone un-turned to make sure that they stay ahead of every other website and retailer to exclusively sell products on their portal.
Well, now, as crazy as it may sound, Flipkart has gone way ahead of everyone, as it started offering Apple Mac book pro, even before Apple, which is officially launching it on September 9th.
But wait, here is the twist in the story. Flipkart’s Mac Book Pro looks very different and distorted than the Apple’s Mac. Confused? Well, here is the real story. Recently, a user ordered for a Mac Book Pro on Flipkart. The order was then processed and the laptop that she received was completely damaged and looked as if it was taken out from a garbage bag.
Well, this is not the first time Flipkart or Snapdeal has done something like this. There are many other fraud cases registered against these websites which have deceived users by sending faulty products.
Flipkart is in no position to actually contend that they have delivered it correctly, neither can they challenge the customer (and if they do, it will be one big social media mess).
