WhatsApp plans to launch revoke and send option

In the recent past, WhatsApp has introduced new and better options, so as to improve the application. According to recent reports released by WhatsApp beta info, WhatsApp is now planning to introduce a revoke, edit and send button.

The video put by this twitter account shows, how an individual can can revoke the message, edit and send it again he sent on the iOS version of this app. According to this video, WhatsApp beta for iOS 2.17.1.869 is the software where this option was noticed. This can be done after the receiver reads the message. Though the release of this option has no release date yet for the regular App. In general, WhatsApp takes something before introducing new features into regular WhatsApp, this is a ray of hope for all those erratic messages people send. WABetaInfo says that “WhatsApp had added in beta the possibility to edit messages that you already sent, and it is actually disabled by default and it’s under development.”

WhatsApp is also working on the option where one can view how many people read and see their status. They are also working to make status updates more like Snapchat stories, where they disappear after 24 hours, and also see how many viewed your status update. WhatsApp is the world’s biggest instant messaging app. It closest rival is Facebook in terms of user base. WhatsApp has over 160 million users in India and is most popular App in the country.
With the revoke and send, this option is mostly aimed at customer satisfaction, and is expected to roll out somewhere in mid 2017.
