YouTube has finally revealed a UI upgrade for its Web player that replaces the dated dark bar that showed up at the base of the feature player with a transparent one. The new UI upgrade is live for everybody. Furthermore, it also incorporates new animations for settings.
The organization affirmed the news by means of a tweet and said, “Ooh la la! Our new player design is slicker than a squirrel on waterskis!””
The new transparent video player features floating controls that appear to be inserted in the playing video itself. However, the controls vanish following few moments of pointer dormancy. Prominently, there are no progressions made to the list of videos that show up on the right half of the screen in YouTube.
Some media reports call attention to that YouTube at first began testing the transparent feature player with predetermined number of users in April. You can watch the new feature player interface beneath.
