Amaravati: AR Dairy Managing Director Rajasekaran has filed an anticipatory bail petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court following the registration of a case against his company. The case was lodged after allegations surfaced that AR Dairy supplied adulterated ghee for the preparation of the famous Tirumala Laddu Prasadam.
In his petition, Rajasekaran argued that filing a case without seeking an explanation from the company violates common legal principles. He urged the court to prevent any hasty actions, including his arrest, and expressed his willingness to cooperate fully with the ongoing investigation. He also assured the court that he would adhere to any conditions imposed as part of the bail grant.
The petition is expected to be heard on Tuesday.
