Hyderabad: Employees and teachers who have been affected by the GO 317 policy are set to receive much-needed relief. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has signed the official document concerning the transfer of employees based on spouse, mutual, and health grounds. This move follows the recommendations made by the ministerial sub-committee appointed to review the impacts of GO 317.
The committee had previously decided in principle to allow transfers for employees facing difficulties due to family or health-related issues. After reviewing the document, CM Revanth Reddy approved it on Friday, bringing hope to many employees and teachers who have been struggling with the policy’s implementation.
With the CM’s approval in place, it is expected that transfer orders will be issued soon. According to sources, the transfers are likely to take place in December, providing relief to those in need of reassignment due to personal or medical reasons.
This decision is being seen as a positive move to address the concerns of employees adversely impacted by GO 317.
