Amaravati: Support for flood victims in Andhra Pradesh is growing, as generous donations continue to pour into the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF). Prominent individuals and organizations are stepping forward to aid those affected by the recent flooding.
In a recent gathering at the state secretariat in Velagapudi, Raymond Group Chairman Gautam Singhania handed over a donation check for Rs. 2 crore to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Bank of Baroda also contributed, with its zonal head Ritesh Kumar and zonal deputy manager Sudhakar presenting their check of financial assistance to the relief fund.
Additional donations included Rs. 65 lakh from the Private Unaided Schools Management Association, led by Gangavarapu Vijay Bhaskar. Rashtriya Seva Samiti representatives, including General Secretary Venkataratnam, Joint Secretary Dr. Mamata, Project Director Nagaraju, and Saibaba, jointly donated Rs. 50 lakh to further support relief efforts.
The ongoing support from various sectors highlights the collective commitment to rebuilding and assisting those affected by the devastation in Andhra Pradesh.
