YSR Kadapa: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu conspired to falsely implicate Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy in the murder of YS Vivekananda Reddy, alleged former MLA Rachamallu Sivaprasad Reddy. He accused Naidu of orchestrating a political vendetta against Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, using Sunitha Reddy as a pawn, along with confessed killers Dastagiri and Sunil Yadav. Sivaprasad reaffirmed Avinash’s innocence, stating he would quit politics if proven otherwise, putting the credibility of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) at stake.

He claimed that Dastagiri and Sunil, who admitted to Viveka’s murder, were being financially backed and protected by Naidu’s influence over law enforcement. He questioned their sudden financial gains, pointing out that individuals once struggling for ₹500 now possessed crores. Furthermore, he raised concerns over Naidu’s legal team, including top lawyer Siddharth Luthra, questioning whether Sunitha Reddy or Naidu was funding the legal battle.

Sivaprasad Reddy condemned six years of “yellow media” campaigns by Eenadu, Andhra Jyothi, ABN, and Mahanews, accusing them of spreading falsehoods to malign YS Jagan and Avinash Reddy, while ignoring key aspects like Viveka’s second marriage and financial dealings in Bengaluru. He also cited CBI’s alleged coercion of Viveka’s PA, Krishna Reddy, by officer Ramsingh.

The YSRCP leader accused TDP of using media and law enforcement for political revenge, citing past incidents like NTR’s ouster and Vangaveeti Mohan Ranga’s murder. He urged the public to recognize TDP’s diversion tactics amid pressing issues like women’s safety, farmers’ distress, and unpaid Aarogyasri dues.
