New Delhi: The ruling party BJP made the educational degrees of Prime Minister Narendra Modi public on Monday and have demanded an apology from the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for trying to defame the Prime Minister.
Bharatiya Janata Party President Amit Shah, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley held press conference at party Headquarters to display PM Modi’s degree and master certificates.
Amit Shah said, “It’s very unfortunate that we have called a press conference on Prime Minister’s educational qualification. We are putting both PM’s degrees (Bachelor of Arts from DU & MA from Gujarat university) in public domain.”
“For the past few days Arvind Kejriwal has been trying to turn a balant lie into a truth, he tried to impress upon the people of the country and the media that PM’s degrees are fake…Kejriwal should say sorry to the nation for degenerating public discourse to this level,” he said, adding, “Kejriwal has done paap (sin) of showing India in the bad light in front of the world” he added.
