The Bombay High Court will deliver its verdict over food Multinational Nestle India’s petition challenging the orders of FSSAI on Monday. Even Maharashtra’s FDA banned the Nestle products last month for containing toxic substances.

The food regulators reiterated that the maggi samples were found unsafe and hazardous for human consumption and asked the company to stop further production, processing, imports, distribution and sale on June 5th.
Nestle’s lawyer Iqbal Chagla argued that while three Maggi variants were tested, the regulators banned all the nine variants. A division bench, comprising Justice V.M. Kanade and Justice B.P. Colabawala, here on Friday reserved its order till August 3 (Monday).
Maggi is an international brand of seasonings, instant soups and noodles owned by Nestle since 1947.  “Maggi is not just food, but filled with memories and adds an emotional touch to all the food lovers”, said by a member of food club who is waiting for the positive results of maggi.
