On the 11th of July, Tuesday, six killed in a tragic accident occurred at the Delhi-Meerut Express Highway in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Getting into the details, a school bus allegedly coming from the wrong direction collided with a car. While the school bus had no children, the car said to be a sport utility vehicle (SUV) had passengers, who reportedly died. In addition, two people including one eight year old child received serious injuries and are being treated at a nearby hospital.
Furthermore, the police who rushed to the spot immediately struggled to bring out the deceased, trapped inside the car and shifted to a state run hospital for postmortem. A case has been registered and an investigation has been launched. Mr. Ramanand Kushwaha, the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) said, “The bus driver was coming from the wrong direction after getting CNG from Ghazipur in Delhi. The TUV was coming from Meerut’s direction and was on its way to Gurugram. It was the fault of the driver, he was coming from the wrong direction all the way from Delhi. He has been nabbed. The occupants of the car were members of the same family. There was no student on the bus. (sic.)
Meanwhile, the visuals of the horrific collision is going viral on social media platforms. In the viral video, after the collision, the car was crushed completely.
