Hospital in UP provide diabetics tests for free: Uttar Pradesh is the most diabetic prone region in India. The number is increasing alarmingly in many parts of Uttar Pradesh. Keep the context in mind, the state government of Uttar Pradesh has ordered free tests for the disease in all state hospitals.
On the other hand, UP government is already providing 100 pathological tests for free of cost for the poor at all state hospitals, Now latest orders have now been issued to make free, both fasting and post prandial (PP) sugar tests.
An order to this effect has been issued by the principal secretary (health) Arvind Kumar. The new order comes after an amendment was made in the earlier order where only one test fasting was free of cost.
