Ooty: On Thursday, the engine of the Coonoor-Udhagamandalam train derailed near the railway station of Aruvangadu. However, no reports of injuries were reported.
According to police, the accident occurred when a wheel of engine went off the track and got stuck on the ground. With this impact, the other wheel also went off the track.
The officials immediately rushed to the spot and the passengers were sent to their destination by road.
