BJP MP from Jamnagar Poonam Madam suffered injures on Monday after she fell into a drain while she was in conversation with the dwellers of Jalaram locality during a demolition drive by civic authorities.
According to the witness, the 41-year-old Madam fell into an 8-feet deep drain as she was standing on the concrete sheet which was made to cover the drain. Doctor said, S Maheshwari, the leader suffered a 4-inch deep gash on her head and has hurt her shoulder and foot.
